Reach the AltaCaliber editorial team
Questions about something you read, corrections, or topics we should cover — messages land with the team that writes and checks the pages, not with a sales desk.
What to write to us about
Corrections are the most useful messages we get. If a page describes a format, an ingredient, or a product category in a way that no longer matches the label or listing you are looking at, tell us and include what you see instead. Topic suggestions are welcome too, especially when you are comparing two specific product types and cannot find a clear explanation of the difference.
We read everything that arrives. Not every message needs an answer, and a correction that is clear enough to act on is often answered with the edit itself.
What we cannot help with
We are not a medical service, a pharmacy, or a retailer. We cannot advise on your personal health, interpret your blood work, recommend a dose, or tell you whether a supplement interacts with a medication you take. Those questions belong with a doctor or pharmacist.
We also cannot process orders, check stock, or handle returns for any brand, because we do not sell anything. Every product named on this site is described so you can compare it with what is actually on a shelf or a listing — the labels, the format, the ingredient list. If your message is about a purchase, the seller is the right contact.
Where to reach us
The editorial team is based at Jl. Gajah Mada No. 12, Petojo Utara, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, 10130. Email is usually the better route for anything that involves a link or a screenshot, since it keeps the details in one thread.

Send a message to the editors
Tell us which page you mean and what you are comparing. If you are referencing a label or a listing, note the brand and the format — categories like men's multivitamins contain a lot of similar-looking products, and a link or a photo saves us a search.
We use your message only to answer it or to update a page. Read the cookie and privacy information for how the site handles data.
What happens after you send a message
-
01
It lands in the editorial inbox
Messages are read in the order they arrive. Nothing is routed to a call centre or a sales queue.
-
02
Corrections are checked against the source
If the page needs a change, we make it and note what was wrong. That is usually the reply.
-
03
Suggestions go on a list
We review that list when planning new pages, so a suggestion can shape what gets written weeks later.

Questions get a written answer
Not always the same day. If a question keeps coming up, it may end up as an entry on our FAQ page.
Writing a useful correction
The best correction messages are specific. We would rather fix something quickly than have a visitor rely on a detail that is out of date.
Name the page and the sentence
Which page, and which line on it. If you can copy the sentence into your message, even better.
Say what you see instead
What the label, listing, or leaflet in front of you actually says — that is the part we cannot check ourselves.
Note the brand and the format
Categories like men's multivitamins contain many similar-looking products. Tablet, capsule, softgel, or gummy narrows it down fast.
Add a link or a photo
A listing link or a picture of the panel settles most questions without a back-and-forth. You do not need to be polite about the error, only clear about it.
Topics we are working on right now
We are expanding our coverage of format comparisons, particularly how gels and soft formats behave in Jakarta's humidity, and of age-specific formulas beyond the 50+ category. We are also building out the ingredient glossary with the botanicals that appear in vitality and stamina products. If you have hands-on experience with any of these categories as a reader, that perspective is useful — suggestions from visitors shape what gets written next more than you would expect.
Finding the editorial office
We work from Jakarta and read in English, so messages about natural supplements for men's health and the vitamins men actually buy here are the ones we know best. If you are in the city and want to send something on paper rather than by email, the address below is where it goes.

Visits are by appointment, since the team is usually reading rather than at the door. Email first and we will tell you when someone is in.
Before you write in
Four answers we end up sending most often. The full list lives on the FAQ page.
Read the full FAQDo you sell supplements or answer questions about orders?
No. AltaCaliber is an educational resource. We do not stock, ship, or take payment for anything, so stock levels, delivery, and returns all belong with whoever sold you the product.
Can you tell me which vitamins are right for me?
No, and we will not guess. Advice about your own health, a dose, or how a supplement fits with a medicine you take is a conversation for your doctor or pharmacist. What we can do is explain how a format or an ingredient is usually described, so you know what to ask about.
How quickly do you reply?
Messages are read in the order they arrive, during Monday–Friday office hours. A clear correction is often answered by the edit itself; a question that needs a written answer gets one, though not always the same day.
Can I suggest a page you should write?
Please do. Suggestions go onto a running list that we review when planning new pages, and the most useful ones name the two things you could not compare on your own.
Keep reading while you wait
Most questions we receive are already answered somewhere on the site. Three pages cover the ground people ask about most — start there, and write in only if something is still unclear.
Everything on this site is written for readers comparing natural supplements for men's health, and anything you send in that helps a page get more accurate is worth the two minutes it takes to write.
AltaCaliber publishes educational information about supplement formats and ingredients. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified professional.
